Growing up in rural southern Georgia, I was taught the importance of family, being responsible, and treating others with respect. Now I spend my winters skiing and my summers on the lakes with my wife and my daughter. I live in a remote area that has spring fed streams and enjoy working around my home and living in an area filled with wildlife and all of the most natural settings that Northern Michigan has to offer.

In 1975 I graduated from Georgia Southern University with a BS in Industrial Management degree. Starting in Real Estate in North Carolina in over 30 years ago, I have been involved in all facets of the real estate business, including brokerage, development, marketing, and management. I specialize in the sale of resort real estate, waterfront, residential, and commercial properties. In 1992, I moved to Northern Michigan to manage project sales at Shanty Creek/Schuss Mountain. In 1999, I began working with Boyne USA Resorts, assisting in real estate sales, product development and resort master planning. I played a key role in the expansion of Boyne Mountain with the development of the Mountain Grand Lodge & Spa and Avalanche Bay.
